Before I address my concerns with “equity” in our society and how it is being dangerously used, let’s not overlook the need to meet people where they are at.

In the whole debate over diversity, inclusivity, and equity, there are those who genuinely are trying to help others and attempt to unite one another. That’s a good thing. But let’s not be fooled into believing to do that we must embrace the Left’s dangerous views of equity hook line and sinker.

Just because there are those who have less than others (inequities) doesn’t always mean it’s unfair and the government or some social justice system needs to step in and level the playing field so that everyone ends up at the same place. That, my friends, is not reality.
